摘　　要：以一道涉及光合作用及其影响因素主干知识原创试题的命制为例,从试题命制依据与流程、情境的创设、问题设计等方面阐述如何利用科技文献命制指向核心素养的原创试题,并对试题进行实测与分析。Taking the development of an original test question related to photosynthesis and its influencing factors as an example,this paper discusses how to utilize scientific literature to design original test questions aimed at core literacy from question development basis and process,the creation of context,and question design.Additionally,the paper tests and provides an analysis of the test question.
