摘　　要：随着食品行业的快速发展,保鲜罐的自动化装箱需求日益增加,纸箱包装机械发挥着重要的作用。本文介绍了全自动食品保鲜罐柔性纸箱包装机械的设计方案,该方案包括真空抓具机构、坐标运动模组、护箱升降机构、物料护边机构以及自动控制系统。通过这些机构的协同工作,实现了食品保鲜罐的快速、稳定、高效的装箱生产。本文还详细分析了装备的柔性化特点及其良好的适应性。详细阐述了装备的主要工作原理,分析了如何实现保鲜罐柔性纸箱包装生产工艺,提高了装备生产的效率和质量。新型全自动食品保鲜罐柔性纸箱包装机械具有高效性和可靠性,能够满足现代食品加工企业包装生产需求。With the rapid development of the food industry,the demand for automated packaging of fresh-keeping cans is increasing,and Paper Box packaging machinery plays an important role.This article introduces the design scheme of a fully automatic flexible Paper Box packaging machine for food preservation cans,which includes a vacuum gripper mechanism,coordinate motion module,box protection lifting mechanism,material edge protection mechanism,and automatic control system.Through the collaborative work of these institutions,fast,stable,and efficient packaging production of food preservation cans has been achieved.This article also provides a detailed analysis of the flexibility characteristics and good adaptability of equipment.The main working principle of the equipment was elaborated in detail,and the production process of flexible Paper Box packaging for fresh-keeping cans was analyzed to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment production.The new fully automatic flexible Paper Box packaging machinery for food preservation cans has high efficiency and reliability,and can meet the packaging production needs of modern food processing enterprises.
