摘 要:高等职业院校是培养技能型人才的重要场所,如何培养企业需要的人才,一直是职业院校要解决的关键问题。产教融合、新型学徒制都是职业院校培养人才的有力探索。然而企业反馈回来的信息多数是职业院校培养的学生进入企业后对于企业的认同感不够,并且需要另外进行企业的技能培训,对企业造成额外的负担。针对此现象,烟台职业学院对汽车类专业课堂教学进行了改革和创新,在产教融合的背景下为汽车类专业后备工匠的培养进行了新的探索,根据对毕业生就业的后续跟踪以及企业的反馈情况,汽车类专业新型课堂有效满足了企业对高素质技术技能人才的需求,也为类似专业后备工匠的培养提供借鉴和参考。Higher vocational colleges serve as critical platforms for cultivating skilled professionals.How to align talent development with industry demands has long been a key ch allenge for these institutions.Both industry-education integration and modern apprenticeship systems represent proactive explorations in addressing this goal.However,feedback from enterprises indicates that many grad uates lack a strong sense of organizational identification upon entering the workforce and require additional company-specific skills training,thereby imposing extra costs on employers.In response,Yantai Vocational College has implemented reforms and innovations in automotive specialty education.Under the framework of industry-education integration,it has pioneered new approaches to nurturing future automotive craftsmen.Follow-up tracking of graduate employment outcomes and enterprise evaluations demonstrate that its innovative pedagogical model not only meets industry demands for newly skilled talents but also offers valuable references for cultivating technical reserves in related fields.
