运输类飞机乘员保护要求及符合性验证研究

摘　　要：随着民航运输业的快速发展,客舱安全问题日益成为公众关注的焦点。CCAR第25.562和25.785条对动态冲击下的乘员保护提出了要求。此外,新发布的TSO-C127c《旋翼航空器、运输类飞机和小飞机座椅系统》增加了乘员颈部伤害要求。通过对CCAR25.562、CCAR25.785和TSO-C127c的研究,梳理运输类飞机乘员保护要求,明确符合性验证方法和审定判据,为飞机及座椅的设计和符合性验证提供参考。With the rapid development of the civil aviation transportation industry,cabin safety has increasingly be⁃come a focus of public attention.CCAR25.562 and CCAR25.785 require occupant protection under dynamic im⁃pact.Additionally,the newly issued TSO-C127c adds occupant neck injury requirements.Combined with CCAR25.562,CCAR25.785 and TSO-C127c,the occupant protection requirements for transport aircraft are sorted out,and the means of compliance and certification criteria are clarified,which provides a reference for the design and compliance verification of aircraft and seats.
