摘 要:教学质量保障体系的建设和完善与地方应用型本科高校高质量发展联系密切。当前应用型本科高校在教学质量保障体系方面存在建设理念模糊、建设标准欠缺、运行机制不畅、内部监管不足等问题,对其长远发展造成潜在的威胁。面对中国教育现代化发展的挑战与机遇,地方应用型本科高校教学质量保障体系可围绕教学目标、师资队伍、课程与教材、教学资源四个维度进行优化。另外,还需持续优化校内各阶层协作机制,打造高效的高校信息共享与管理体系,完善教学评价与反馈机制和全过程质量监督机制,确保教学质量保障体系的全面性和有效性。The construction and improvement of teaching quality assurance system are closely related to the high-quality development of local application-oriented universities.Currently,application-oriented undergraduate universities face several issues in the construction of their teaching quality assurance systems,such as vague construction concepts,lack of construction standards,inefficient operation mechanisms,and inadequate internal supervision.These problems pose potential threats to their long-term development.Facing the challenges and opportunities of China’s educational modernization,the teaching quality assurance system of local application-oriented undergraduate universities can be optimized around four dimensions:teaching objectives,faculty,curriculum and textbooks,and teaching resources.In addition,it is necessary to continuously optimize the collaboration mechanisms among various levels within the university,create an efficient information-sharing and management system for higher education institutions,improve the mechanisms for teaching evaluation and feedback as well as the comprehensive quality supervision mechanism.This ensures the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the teaching quality assurance system.
