摘  要:医学免疫学是联系基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程,为后续临床医学课程的学习夯实基础。文章针对课程教学中的痛点问题,探索“一心三环四融”的教学模式在医学免疫学教学中的应用。该教学模式以学生为中心,把BOPPPS模式贯穿课前、课中及课后三个环节中,在教学中结合对分课堂模式,实现线上与线下、理论与实践、基础与临床、课程与思政的深度融合,通过问卷调查和成绩分析等方法评估教学效果。结果显示:该教学模式有效提升了免疫学的教学质量,提高了学生自主学习能力,培养了临床思维能力和综合应用能力,有效实现了知识传授、能力培养及价值引领的一体化,进一步推动免疫学课程建设。Medical immunology is a bridging course that connects basic medicine with clinic medicine,and the students can gain frontier knowledge of immune system,laying a solid foundation for their subsequent learning of clinical medicine courses.This article explores the teaching model of“one center,three stages,and four integrations”for the course of medical immunology,aiming to address the problems identified in course instruction.This teaching model is student-centered,and the BOPPPS model runs through all three stages of before class,during class,and after class.PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)Class was adopted to achieve four integrations:online and offline,theory and practice,basic medicine and clinical medicine,as well as course instruction and ideological and political education.Multiple methods of questionnaire survey,score analysis,etc.were used to evaluate the teaching effect,and the results showed that this teaching mode improved teaching quality,developed autonomous learning ability in the students,cultivated clinical thinking and comprehensive application ability,and realized the integration of knowledge impartation,ability cultivation,and values guidance.This model can also promote the course construction of medical immunology.
