摘  要:人力资源管控是集团公司区别于其他单组织企业人力资源管理最重要的特征之一。A集团公司是某国有集团公司,如何充分发挥集团公司在人力资源管理方面的整体优势是其面临的现实问题。为了有效提升薪酬管理效能,A集团公司基于共享理论开展了薪酬管理新模式研究工作,借助部署的“上下贯通、集成联动、标准统一、安全可控”的主数据系统,全面推动薪酬业务集约化管理。在此过程中,开展了管理新模式的设计,开发了运营体系,配套构建了工资总额管理、薪酬核发管理及价值管理三大服务场景,从支持薪酬共享服务发展的各个方面,全链条系统谋划,完成了管理新模式重构工作,并持续推动薪酬管理由垂直管理向新模式的切换工作,为其他国企薪酬管理工作提供了良好实践经验。Human resource management and control is one of the most important characteristics that sets a group company apart from other individual organizational enterprises in terms of human resource management.As a state-owned group company,how to fully leverage the overall advantages of the group company in human resource management is a practical problem that Group Company A faces.In order to effectively improve the efficiency of salary management,Group Company A has conducted research on a new model of salary management based on sharing theory.With the deployment of a master data system that is“interconnected,integrated,standardized,and safe and controllable”,it comprehensively promoted the intensive management of salary a.airs,designed a new management model during this process,developed an operational system,established three major service scenarios,including total wage management,salary issuance management,and value management,performed full-chain systematic planning from various aspects supporting the development of salary sharing services,completed the reconstruction of the new management model and is continuously promoting the transition of salary management from vertical management to the new model,providing good practical experience for the salary management of other state-owned enterprises.
