摘　　要：新生代乡村青年教师是乡村教师队伍的活力源泉和乡村教育振兴的重要推动力量,从个人—环境匹配理论的视角分析新生代乡村青年教师身份认同困境的呈现样态,针对认同困境做了归因分析,进而提出培养乡村教育情怀、强化乡村教育信念、重构乡村教育能力、创设持续发展支持措施等举措,以破解新生代乡村青年教师身份认同困境,为持续稳定培养高素质的乡村教师队伍提供借鉴。The new generation of rural young teachers serves as a vital source of energy for the rural teaching workforce and an important driving force for the revitalization of rural education.From the perspective of Person-environment Fit theory,this paper analyzes the manifestation of identity recognition dilemmas faced by the new generation of rural young teachers.It conducts a causal analysis of these identity dilemmas and subsequently proposes measures such as cultivating rural educational sentiments,strengthening rural educational beliefs,reconstructing rural education abilities,and establishing continuous development support measures.These initiatives aim to resolve the identity recognition dilemmas faced by the new generation of rural young teachers and provide a reference for the sustained and stable cultivation of a high-quality rural teaching workforce.
