摘  要:在全球化背景下,土木工程研究生教育的地位和作用愈发重要。该文从历史发展、教育理念、课程设置、师资力量、科研环境、国际化程度及就业市场等多个角度,系统地比较中国与北美土木工程研究生教育的特点。通过分析两者在教育体系上的差异,指出中国土木工程研究生教育在实践导向和人才培养模式方面的优势与不足。借鉴北美在科研创新、国际合作和跨学科教育等方面的成功经验,该文提出中国土木工程研究生教育改革的建议。研究发现,中国高校应注重课程体系的多样化和前沿性,提升科研创新能力,推动国际化进程,培养具备全球视野和创新能力的高层次土木工程人才,从而提升中国土木工程教育的国际竞争力。In the context of globalization,the significance and role of graduate education in civil engineering are becoming increasingly important.This paper systematically compares the characteristics of graduate education in civil engineering between China and North America from various perspectives,including historical development,educational philosophy,curriculum design,faculty strength,research environment,degree of internationalization,and the job market.By analyzing the differences in educational systems,the paper highlights both the strengths and weaknesses of China's civil engineering graduate education in terms of its practice-oriented approach and talent cultivation model.Drawing on North America's successful experiences in research innovation,international collaboration,and interdisciplinary education,the paper offers recommendations for the reform of China's civil engineering graduate education.The study finds that Chinese universities should focus on diversifying and advancing their curriculum,enhancing research and innovation capabilities,promoting internationalization,and developing high-level civil engineering talents with a global vision and innovative abilities,thereby improving the international competitiveness of China's civil engineering education.
