摘  要:在新农科建设的背景下,农林教育要走融合发展、多元发展、协同发展之路,培育出创新型、复合型、应用型的新农科人才。为满足植物保护产业发展需求,急需培养大量高素质的植物保护专业本科生。基于新农科建设,吉林农业大学从产教融合协同育人角度出发,对植物保护产教融合协同育人的具体实施进行系统的探索,构建植物保护“科技小院”人才培养体系,并致力于建立集农业科技创新、示范推广和人才培养于一体的科技服务平台,让更多科研人员把论文写在祖国的大地上,让乡村农民在应用科技过程中受益。In order to cultivate innovative,composite and application-oriented new agricultural talents,agricultural and forestry education should take the road of integrating development,diversified development and coordinated development under the background of new agricultural science construction.It is urgent to cultivate a large number of highly qualified undergraduates majored in plant protection for meeting the needs of plant protection industry development.From the perspective of industry-education integration and collaborative education,Jilin Agricultural University systematically explores the specific implementation of industry-education integration and collaborative education in plant protection department.A talent training system"science and technology backyard"for plant protection was created based on the construction of new agricultural sciences.The College of Plant Protection of Jilin Agricultural University is committed to establishing a scientific and technological service platform for integrating agricultural science and technology innovation,demonstration and promotion and talent training.More researchers write their papers on the motherland,and more rural farmers can benefit from the application of science and technology.
