摘 要:核心素养是当下教育的热点话题,但其所自带的个性发展难题并未受到重视。个性既是人的事实,也是价值追求,培养个性是教育的一项重要使命。从个性的视角去审视核心素养就可以发现,核心素养是关于人的“什么”(what),是对人的能力与品质的客观化描述,不能标识一个人是“谁”;核心素养对学生来说是一种“外在规定性”,它所理解的教育过程是“装配”过程。这些都是核心素养内含的个性发展难题,是很难得到辩护的。未来的探索,不是以核心素养为主导去培养个性,而是以个性发展为主导去统领和改进核心素养。The concept of core competences is a topic of great interest in the field of education at present.However, the associated issue of personality development has not been given sufficient attention.Personality can be considered both a fixed and a malleable quality, and the cultivation of personality is an important aspect of education.From the perspective of personality, the examination of core competence reveals that core competence is about the“what”a person is.It is an objective description of human ability and quality.However, it cannot identify who a person is.The core competence is a kind of“external prescriptive”for the students.The core competencies are an“external specification”for students.The process of education as understood by the core competencies is an“assembly”process.These are all challenges to personality development that are embedded in core literacies and difficult to defend.Rather than developing personality with core literacy in mind, the future trend lies in leading and improving core literacy with personality development in mind.
