全瓷冠在根管治疗术后冠修复中应用的效果

摘　　要：目的分析全瓷冠在根管治疗术后冠修复中的应用效果。方法以治疗方法的不同,将2021年11月—2023年10月南京市建中中医院收治的123例根管治疗术后冠修复患者分为两组。对照组(61例)行烤瓷冠修复,观察组(62例)行全瓷冠修复。比较两组口腔修复总有效率、并发症发生情况、口腔健康影响程度。结果观察组口腔修复总有效率为98.39%(61/62),高于对照组的86.89%(53/61),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.998,P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组并发症发生率以及治疗后的口腔健康影响程度评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在根管治疗术后冠修复患者中应用全瓷冠修复能有效降低并发症发生率,增强口腔健康。Objective To analyze the effect of all-ceramic crown in crown restoration after root canal therapy.Methods According to different treatment methods,123 patients with crown restoration after root canal therapy in Nanjing Jianzhong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were divided into two groups.The control group(61 cases)treated with porcelain crown restoration,and observation group(62 cases)treated with all-ceramic crown restoration.The total effective rate of oral repair,complications and degree of impacts on oral health were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of oral repair in the observation group[98.39%(61/62)]was higher than that in the control group[86.89%(53/61)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.998,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications and degree scores of impacts on oral health after treatment in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of all-ceramic crown restoration in patients with crown restoration after root canal treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and enhance oral health.
