摘 要:目的 探讨基于互联网的翻转课堂联合基于问题的学习(PBL)授课方法在儿科见习中的成效研究。方法 选取2023年9-12月进入丽水市中心医院儿科见习的温州医科大学五年制本科临床精神专业学生27名,参与者被随机分为传统授课组(对照组)14名和基于互联网的翻转课堂联合PBL组(试验组)13名。进行课前测验,同时见习结束后比较两组之间考核成绩及教学满意度的差异。结果 与传统授课方法相比,在考核成绩方面,试验组的病史采集、问诊沟通技巧与人文关怀、体格检查、临床思维与治疗及课前测验成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组了解课程方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),试验组学习方法、学习动机、师生互动、占用课余时间、推荐程度方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 基于互联网的翻转课堂联合PBL教学相结合,虽然会增加学生的工作量,但在儿科见习期间进行教学,是一种较好的选择,值得在儿科临床见习实践教学中推广。Objective To investigate the effect of internet-based flip classroom combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in pediatric probation.Methods A total of 27 five-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical psychiatry interning in the Lishui Municipal Central Hospital from Wenzhou Medical University from September to December 2023 were selected.Participants were randomly assigned to the conventional teaching group(the control group,n=14)and the internet-based flip classroom combined with PBL teaching group(the experimental group,n=13).The pre-class test was conducted,and the differences in assessment results and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were compared after the internship.Results Compared with the conventional teaching methods,in terms of test scores,the experimental group was all higher than those of the control group in medical history collection,communication skills and humanistic care,physical examination,clinical thinking and treatment,and pre-class test,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction with the course between the two groups(P>0.05).In the learning methods,learning motivation,teacher-student interaction,taking up after-school time and recommendation degree,the experimental group was all obviously higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of internet-based flip classroom and PBL teaching will increase students’workload,but it is a relatively good choice to teach during pediatric probation,which is worth popularizing in pediatric clinical probation practice teaching.
