摘　　要：卵巢巨大肿瘤通常是指直径大于10 cm的卵巢肿瘤,临床上并不多见。一经发现,应尽早行手术治疗。然而,此类手术的麻醉管理较为复杂,重点在于术前评估、麻醉方法选择、麻醉方案制订以及术中、术后管理。术中难点在于术者对肿瘤的探查、搬动、引流囊内液等操作时,需结合患者的心肺功能,严密监测各项血流动力学指标,以判断肿瘤对呼吸和循环的影响。本文详细阐述1例卵巢巨大肿瘤患者的诊疗过程,复习相关文献并总结诊疗经验,以期为日后类似疾病的处理提供参考。Giant ovarian tumors usually refer to ovarian tumors with a diameter of more than 10 cm,which are rare in clinical practice.Once found,surgical treatment should be performed as soon as possible.However,the anesthesia management of such operations is more complicated,focusing on preoperative evaluation,selection of anesthesia methods,formulation of anesthesia plans,and intraoperative and postoperative management.The difficulty in the operation is that the surgeon needs to closely monitor the hemodynamic indexes in combination with the patient's cardiopulmonary function when exploring,moving and releasing the fluid in the capsule,so as to judge the effect of the tumor on respiration and circulation.This article elaborates the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with giant ovarian tumor,reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment experience,in order to provide reference for the treatment of similar diseases in the future.
