摘 要:目的探讨微课联合PBL教学模式应用于放疗科护理教学中的效果。方法选取2023年1月—12月本院62名放疗科护理实习护生,采用随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组选择传统教学,研究组选择微课联合PBL教学模式。观察分析两组带教成绩、护理教学评价及护生教学评价情况。结果研究组理论知识、实践操作以及综合成绩均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组教学态度、理论教学、专科教学、师生沟通、学习氛围及达成目标高于对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组学习态度、专业素养、积极主动、服从安排、遵守纪律、团队协作及高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论微课联合PBL教学模式应用于放疗科护理教学的效果显著,可有效提升放疗科实习护生的理论知识、实践操作以及综合成绩,增强其服务意识,提升教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of micro-class combined with PBL teaching mode applied to nursing teaching in radiotherapy department.Methods A total of 62 practical nursing students in the Department of Radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group chose traditional teaching and the research group chose micro-class combined PBL teaching mode.The results of teaching,nursing teaching evaluation and nursing students’teaching evaluation of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical operation and comprehensive scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The teaching attitude,theoretical teaching,specialty teaching,teacher-student communication,learning atmosphere and achievement goal of the study group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The study group’s learning attitude,professionalism,initiative,obedience to arrangement,discipline and teamwork were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of micro-class combined with PBL teaching mode to nursing teaching in the department of radiotherapy has a remarkable effect,which can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge,practical operation and comprehensive performance of nursing students in the department of radiotherapy,enhance their service awareness and improve the teaching effect.
