摘 要:目的分析成果导向教育及BOPPPS模式在甲状腺肿瘤临床教学中对学生思维及实践能力的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2023年6月至2024年6月70名在肿瘤内科、甲状腺外科轮转的规培硕士研究生,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组35名,对照组接受传统教学,研究组接受成果导向教育联合BOPPPS模式教学,比较两组考核成绩、思维与实践能力及教学满意度。结果培训1个月后,研究组理论知识、实操技能、总分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床思维、病历书写及分析、诊疗能力、沟通能力、团队协作、总分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学满意度97.14%,高于对照组80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05)。结论成果导向教育联合BOPPPS模式教学可提高教学效果,提升肿瘤内科、甲状腺外科轮转的规培硕士研究生思维及实践能力,学生满意度更高。Objective To analyze the impact of outcome oriented education and BOPPPS model on students’thinking and practical abilities in clinical teaching of thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 70 residency master's students were selected during their rotations in the Department of Oncology and Thyroid Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2023 to June 2024,divided into control group and research group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional teaching,while the research group received results-oriented education combined with BOPPPS mode teaching.The assessment results,thinking and practical ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After one month of training,the theoretical knowledge,practical operation skills and total score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical thinking,medical record writing and analysis,diagnosis and treatment ability,communication ability,teamwork and total score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 97.14%(34/35)higher than that of the control group 80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05).Conclusions Results-oriented education combined with BOPPPS teaching can improve the teaching effect,enhance the thinking and practical abilities of the master's students during their rotations in medical oncology and thyroid surgery,and increase satisfaction of the students.
