摘 要:目的分析在内分泌及代谢病科开展临床带教时采取分阶段目标教学法的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年6月于郑州大学第一附属医院内分泌及代谢病科学习的规培生40名,以入科先后顺序进行分组,2023年6月—12月入科学习的规培生为对照组,共20名,以常规带教模式进行教学,2024年1月—6月入科学习的规培生为观察组,共20名,采取分阶段目标教学法进行教学,对比两组规培生考核成绩(理论知识及实操成绩)、教师对规培生的评价情况以及规培生对教学模式的满意度。结果规培结束时,两组规培生理论知识考核成绩与实操考核成绩较入科时均有所上升,组间对比,观察组理论知识考核成绩和实操成绩均比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组交流沟通能力、自主学习能力、团队合作意识及临床思维能力评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组规培生对分阶段目标教学模式的满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌及代谢病科开展临床带教时,采取分阶段目标教学法可提高带教效果,并可提升规培生对教学模式的满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of the phased target teaching method in the clinical teaching of endocrinology and metabolic diseases.Methods A total of 40 trainees who studied in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and grouped in the order of admission,20 trainees who entered the department from June 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group,a total of 20 trainees were taught in the regular teaching mode,and 20 trainees who were enrolled in the department from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the observation group.The assessment results(theoretical knowledge and practical results),teachers’evaluation of the trainees,and the satisfaction of the trainees with the teaching mode were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of the standardized training program,both groups of trainees showed an increase in their theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment scores compared to the beginning of the program.Compared between the two groups,the observation group had significantly higher scores in both theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessments than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teamwork awareness and clinical thinking ability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the regular trainees in the observation group was higher than that of the control group with the conventional teaching mode(P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical teaching of endocrinology and metabolic diseases,the phased target teaching method can improve the teaching effect and improve the satisfaction of regular trainees with the teaching mode.
