摘 要:高校思想政治理论课亲和力是一种使受教育者自发亲近的驱动力量,其内容按照不同的结构标准可以划分为感性亲和力、理性亲和力,内在亲和力、外在亲和力,目标亲和力、主体亲和力、内容亲和力、方法亲和力和环境亲和力等。从生成逻辑上看,“知”“情”“需”分别是高校思想政治理论课亲和力生成的“总开关”“助推器”和“原动力”。提升高校思想政治理论课亲和力,要以提升教师素质为前提,以学生需要为导向,以方法创新为关键,以环境优化为重点,发挥教育主体的主导作用、满足教育客体的成长期待、促使教育介体与时代对接、发挥教育环体的涵养作用,使高校思想政治理论课更加“可敬”“可亲”,不断开创新时代思想政治教育新局面。The affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is a driving force that makes the educated spontaneously approach these courses.According to different structural criteria,its content can be divided into emotional affinity and rational affinity,internal affinity and external affinity,as well as target affinity,subject affinity,content affinity,method affinity,and environmental affinity.From the perspective of the generation logic,"knowledge","emotion",and"needs"are respectively the"main switch","booster",and"motive force"for the generation of the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.To enhance the affinity of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,it is necessary to take the improvement of teachers′qualities as a prerequisite,students′needs as the orientation,the innovation of teaching methods as the key,and the optimization of the environment as the focus.We should give full play to the leading role of the educational subject,meet the growth expectations of the educational object,promote the connection between the educational media and the era,and give full play to the nurturing role of the educational environment,so as to make the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities more"respectable"and"approachable",and continuously create a new situation in ideological and political education in the new era.
