摘  要:聚焦行业产教融合共同体架构下职业院校产教虚拟教研室的理论构建与实现路径,从“三融”诉求等三个角度阐述了建设职业院校产教虚拟教研室的价值意蕴,并从内涵、基本要素、理论基础等方面深入剖析职业院校产教虚拟教研室的理论构建,明确了其作为多主体参与的新型基层教学组织的内涵特征与功能定位。另外还提出了从人才培养、科技创新、社会服务与融通枢纽四个维度的实现路径。研究表明,职业院校产教虚拟教研室是实现行业产教融合共同体实体化运行的重要保障,对培养高技能人才、促进职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。This study focuses on the theoretical construction and implementation pathways of virtual teaching and research office in vocational colleges within the framework of industry-education integration communities.It elaborates on the value connotations of constructing industry-education virtual teaching and research office in vocational colleges from three perspectives,namely the“three integrations”demands.The study further dissects the theoretical construction of these virtual offices in terms of their connotations,basic elements,and theoretical foundations,clarifying their characteristics as a new type of grassroots teaching organization with multi-stakeholder participation,connotations,and functional positioning.On this basis,the study proposes implementation pathways from four dimensions:talent cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,social services,and integration hub.The research concludes that the industry-education virtual teaching and research offices in vocational colleges are essential for the tangible operation of industry-education integration communities.Their construction and development are of great significance for cultivating high-skilled talents and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.
