摘 要:目的:探讨临床实习期护理学生临床沟通能力在人文关怀能力和职业认同感间的中介效应。方法:采用方便抽样法选取正在临床实习的320名护理专业学生为研究对象,采用人文关怀能力问卷、临床沟通能力问卷和护生职业认同问卷进行调查。结果:护理实习生职业认同感与临床沟通能力呈正相关(r=0.609,P<0.01),与人文关怀能力呈正相关(r=0.442,P<0.01);临床沟通能力与人文关怀能力呈正相关(r=0.378,P<0.01),人文关怀能力通过临床沟通能力对职业认同感的间接效应为0.205,占总效应的44%。结论:护理实习生临床沟通能力在人文关怀能力和专业认同感间起部分中介作用,可为提升护生职业认同感提供新思路。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of clinical communication ability of nursing students between humanistic care ability and professional identity during a clinical internship.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 320 intern nursing students in the clinical.The Humanistic Care Ability Scale,Clinical Communication Ability Scale,and Professional Identity Scale were used to investigate.Results:The professional identity of nursing interns was positively correlated with clinical communication ability(r=0.609,P<0.01)and humanistic care ability(r=0.442,P<0.01).The clinical communication ability was positively correlated with humanistic care ability(r=0.378,P<0.01).The indirect effect of humanistic care ability on professional identity through clinical communication ability was 0.205,accounting for 44%of the total effect.Conclusion:The clinical communication ability of nursing interns played a mediating role between humanistic care ability and professional identity,which could provide new ideas for improving the professional identity of nursing students.
