摘　　要：新质生产力背景下开展地方高职院校信息化建设,可有效整合教学资源拓展学习时间空间,提升高职教育质量,培养更多优秀人才,推动新质生产力发展。文章结合地方高职院校的特点,立足新质生产力背景下,分析地方高职院校信息化建设的意义与方法,并结合资源库建设,分析地方高职院校信息化建设具体方法与效果。资源库可实现资源共享、动态更新和个性化学习,为教师和学生提供一个全新的教学与学习环境,在提高教学质量和学生学习效果方面取得显著成效。Under the context of new-quality productive forces,implementing information construction in local vocational colleges can effectively integrate teaching resources,extend learning time and space,enhance the quality of vocational education,cultivate more outstanding talents,and promote the development of new-quality productive forces.This paper combines the characteristics of local vocational colleges,analyzing the significance and methods of information construction within this context.It also explores specific methods and effects by integrating resource library construction.Resource libraries enable resource sharing,dynamic updates,and personalized learning,providing a new teaching and learning environment for educators and students,yielding significant improvements in teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
