混合式教学模式在《公司金融》课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：互联网技术越来越多地应用于教育领域并给教育教学带来便利,促使教育模式发生变革、教育教学形态和院校组织形态发生转型,从而实现整个教育体系的转型和变革。混合式教学(Blended Learning)模式应运而生。混合式教学模式在课程的教学过程中,根据教学目标、教学内容或教学情景,灵活采用多种教学模式,让学生充分参与教学过程,利用在线教学(E-Leaming)和课堂教学的优势互补来提高学生的认知效果,培养“智慧型”人才。文章致力于研究混合式教学模式。Internet technology is increasingly being applied in education,bringing convenience and driving transformations in educational modes,instructional formats,and institutional structures,thereby revolutionizing the entire education system.Blended Learning has emerged as an innovative approach.In the course of teaching,this mode flexibly employs various teaching methods based on teaching objectives,content,or scenarios,enabling full student engagement in the learning process.Leveraging the complementary strengths of online learning(E-Learning)and traditional classroom instruction enhances students'cognitive outcomes and fosters the development of"intelligent"talents.This paper focuses on the exploration of blended teaching modes.
