摘 要:[目的]优化辣木中紫云英苷的提取工艺。[方法]以辣木为原料,采用超声辅助提取辣木紫云英苷。以紫云英苷提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过响应面法优化提取工艺。[结果]最佳提取工艺为:提取时间为43 min、超声温度50℃、超声功率为300 W、料液比1∶13(g/mL)、乙醇体积浓度72%,在此条件下辣木紫云英苷提取率为1.39%。[结论]该研究可为辣木功能性原料的开发与应用提供参考。[Objective]The aim was to optimize the extraction process of astragalin from Moringa oleifera.[Method]With M.oleifera as raw material,ultrasonic-assisted extraction of moringa astragalin was carried out.With the extraction rate of astragalin as the index,the extraction process was optimized by response surface method on the basis of single factor test.[Result]The optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction time was 43 min,ultrasonic temperature was 50℃,ultrasonic power was 300 W,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶13(g/mL),ethanol concentration was 72%.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of moringa astragalin was 1.39%.[Conclusion]This study can provide reference for the development and application of functional raw materials of M.oleifera.
