摘  要:黄炎培职业教育思想着眼于“铁的纪律,金的人格”“敬业乐群”“劳工神圣,双手万能”和“服务社会,造福人群”。中国共产党人精神谱系于党的百年伟大事业中孕育而生,同时又推进党的伟大事业奋力前进。二者都以人民利益为出发点和落脚点,强调实事求是、勇于实践。但在应用于课程思政过程中存在诸多困境。因此需要在教学过程中加强顶层设计,形成育人合力;注重课程改革,打造育人动力;提升德育本领,提高育人能力;建立课程思政协同一体机制。Huang Yanpei's vocational education thoughts focus on"iron-like discipline,golden-like character","dedication to work and harmony with colleagues","the sanctity of labor and the omnipotence of hands",and"serving society and benefiting the people".The spiritual genealogy of the members of CPC was nurtured in the century-long great cause of the Communist Party of China and,in turn,has vigorously propelled the Party's great cause forward.Both take the interests of the people as the starting and ending points,and strongly emphasize seeking truth from facts and the courage to practice.However,when it comes to their application in curriculum-based ideological and political education,there are numerous dilemmas.Therefore,during the teaching process,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design to form a joint force for education;attach importance to curriculum reform to create the driving force for education;enhance the ability of moral education to improve the educational effectiveness;and establish a coordinated and integrated mechanism for curriculum-based ideological and political education.
