摘　　要：校企合作是一种充分结合地方高校和企业各自优势,培养特定岗位需要的创新型、应用型高层次人才的办学模式。以新疆碳基新材料企业为例,其地处西北、远离内地,缺乏足够的创新土壤和环境吸引高端人才的持续、高效创新,而本地高校和科研院所对于高层次人才培养能力不足。要解决上述问题,实施深度的校企合作是必经之道。我们提出在高校化学专业研究生教育中有机融入与企业实际研发相契合的内容,促进化学专业研究生从毕业到就业的顺利对接,为培养高层次研究生人才的校企合作新模式提供一定的思路。College-enterprise cooperation is a mode of school running that fully combines the respective advantages of local colleges and universities and enterprises to cultivate innovative and application-oriented high-level talents.For example,local carbon-based new materials enterprises in Xinjiang are located in the northwest and far away from the mainland,and lack sufficient innovative soil and environment to attract high-end talents for continuous and efficient innovation,while local universities and research institutes are not capable of training high-level talents.To solve above problems,the implementation of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation is necessary.We propose to organically integrate the courses and topics that match with the actual contents of enterprises into the graduate education of chemistry majors in colleges and universities,realizing a seamless connection between graduate students of chemistry majors from graduation to employment,and to provide a certain idea for a new model of school-enterprise cooperation for cultivating high-level young talents.
