摘 要:“大思政课”作为推动构建“三全育人”格局的重要理念和举措,是高校思政课守正创新的新要求。基于“大思政课”视域审视,“概论”课在理论与实践教学融合上还存在目的不一致、内容衔接不精准、能力不平衡和机制不完善等问题,原因在于高校思政课教师对理论和实践教学理解错位、对教学内容和实践缺乏针对性探究、实践教学技能“本领不足”和高校教学管理各自为政。具体融合路径:(一)突出课程目标引领,增强理论教学和实践教学融合度;(二)利用“精准思维”理念,以教学内容配置实践教学资源;(三)构筑“双导师制”平台,培养教师指导实践教学本领;(四)加强“大思政课”理念引导,完善“1+4+5”融合发展新机制。As a crucial concept and measure to promote the construction of the“Three-Alls Education”framework,the“Great Ideological and Political Course”represents a new requirement for the adherence to and innovation of ideological and political courses in higher education institutions.From the perspective of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”,there are several issues in the integration of theoretical and practical teaching in the“Outline”course,including inconsistent objectives,imprecise content connection,unbalanced capabilities,and imperfect mechanisms.The causes are as follows:ideological and political course teachers in higher education institutions have a misaligned understanding of theoretical and practical teaching,lack targeted exploration of teaching content and practice,and have insufficient practical teaching skills;the teaching management in higher education institutions is fragmented.Specific paths for integration are as follows:(1)highlighting course objective guidance to enhance the integration of theoretical and practical teaching;(2)leveraging“Precision Thinking”to allocate practical teaching resources based on teaching content;(3)establishing a“Dual-Mentor System”platform to cultivate teachers’abilities to guide practical teaching;(4)strengthening the guidance of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”concept to improve the“1+4+5”integrated development mechanism.
