摘  要:在第39个教师节来临之际,习近平总书记站在中华历史文化传统的基石上,首次提出了具有中国特色的教育家精神的核心要义与实践要求,为这一精神注入了时代的活力。教育家精神是中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,承载着中国教育发展历程中的价值理念和精神追求。在新时代,弘扬教育家精神是应有之举,全面掌握教育家精神的意蕴内涵,深刻把握教育家精神演变的历史逻辑,通过教师队伍、教育行政部门以及教育研究机构多方协作,发挥教育家精神的道德感召力、价值引领力和实践驱动力,使教育家精神深度融入教育理论与实践中。On the occasion of the 39th Teachers’Day,General Secretary Xi Jinping,standing on the cornerstone of Chinese historical and cultural traditions,put forward for the first time the core essence and practical requirements of the educator’s spirit with Chinese characteristics,injecting vitality into this spirit in the times.The spirit of educators is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,carrying the values and spiritual pursuits in the development of Chinese education.In the new era,the promotion of the spirit of educators is the right thing to do.The only way is to fully grasp the meaning of the spirit of educators,profoundly grasp the historical logic of the evolution of the spirit of educators,and through the collaboration of teachers,educational administrative departments and educational research institutions,to give full play to the moral appeal,value leadership and practical driving force of the spirit of educators,so as to make the spirit of educators deeply integrated into the theory and practice of education.
