主体性视角下中小学教师生命意义的缺失与回归

摘  要:生命是教育的起点和归宿,教师工作的根本意义在于激发应然生命中的内在活力。教师生命意义的彰显有助于引领教师专业发展、促进学生生命成长。传统教师的圣化形象、教师职业工具化倾向、缺失性需求未被满足等消解着教师的生命意义。基于此,文章着力阐释教师生命意义和主体性的内在逻辑,通过构建教师生命价值观,唤醒教师的生命自觉;改善教师的生存状态,提升教师的职业幸福感;搭建自主发展平台,提升教师专业自主能力,以期促进教师生命意义的回归,提升教师生命质量,同时增强教师职业的内在价值感和使命感。Life is the starting point and destination of education,and the fundamental significance of teacher work is to stimulate the inherent vitality of life.The manifestation of the meaning of a teacher’s life is the driving force behind leading their professional development and nurturing their lives.The holy image of traditional teachers,the tendency towards instrumentalization of the teaching profession,and the insufficient demand for deficiency are eroding the meaning of teachers’lives.Based on this,this article focuses on explaining the inherent logic of the meaning and subjectivity of teachers’lives,and awakens teachers’self awareness of life by constructing their values of life;Improve the living conditions of teachers and enhance their professional happiness;Building an independent development platform to enhance teachers’professional autonomy,in order to promote the return of the meaning of teachers’lives,improve their quality of life,and enhance their intrinsic sense of value and mission in the teaching profession.
