摘  要:随着数字技术的快速进步,教育领域的数字化转型已成为大势所趋。在这一背景下,小学语文教师的教学胜任力成为影响教育质量的关键因素。文章针对纳雍县小学语文教师的教学胜任力进行探究,通过设计调查问卷对180名教师进行调研,分析了他们在数字化教学中的胜任力现状及存在的问题,最后基于《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》的要求,提出了提升教师教学胜任力的策略,旨在确保教师能够适应数字化社会的需求,提高教学质量,促进学生的全面发展。With the rapid advancement of digital technology,the digital transformation of the education sector has become an inevitable trend.In this context,the teaching competence of primary school Chinese teachers has emerged as a critical factor influencing educational quality.This study investigates the teaching competence of primary school Chinese teachers in Nayong County.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 180 teachers to analyze their current competence in digital teaching and identify existing challenges.Based on the requirements of the Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),strategies to enhance teaching competence are proposed.These strategies aim to ensure teachers’adaptability to the demands of a digital society,improve teaching quality,and foster students’holistic development.
