摘　　要：位于深圳市南山区,华侨城当代艺术中心B10馆(OCAT-B10)从最初的工业厂房改造为如今的艺术中心。经历多次定位调整,它试图探索和回应城市需求,呈现了城市的多重转型。然而,它始终未能如期、全然实现其预设功能,反映出城市化进程中的矛盾。在这种双重映射下,它形成自身独特的历史轨迹。在当前流量时代的背景下,B101愈发彰显的特性能够为认识和应对城市建筑所面临的挑战提供一种视角。Located in Nanshan,Shenzhen,OCAT-B10 is an art center transformed from an industrial factory.It has undergone repositionings in response to emerging urban needs,yet has consistently fallen short of fully realizing its anticipated potential.This trajectory illustrates multiple urban transformations and highlights the contradictions inherent in the urbanization process.Through these dual reflections,B10 has forged its unique history.Against the backdrop of today’s viral traffic,it offers a perspective for understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the architecture of the city.
