摘 要:篮球运动员在比赛中需频繁执行急停、急起、变向、跳跃等动作,这些动作对核心稳定性与身体协调性提出了更高要求。核心力量训练旨在强化运动员核心肌肉群的力量,并挖掘各类肌肉群在身体运动中的协调能力,从而提升身体稳定性,确保力量能够均匀且协调地分配到身体各个部位,进一步增强肢体动作的连贯性与协调性。因此,该文深入分析了篮球专项核心力量训练的价值,并结合高校篮球训练实践,从训练理念、训练手段、训练强度、训练负荷等多个维度制订了相应的训练策略,以期进一步优化训练效果。Basketball players need to frequently perform movements such as emergency stops,sudden starts,directional changes,and jumps during games,which put forward higher requirements for core stability and body coordination.Core strength training focuses on strengthening the strength of individual core muscle groups and explores the coordination ability of various muscle groups in physical movement,improving the stability of the body,ensuring the strength evenly and harmoniously distributed to all parts of the body,and further improving the continuity and coordination of limb movements.Therefore,this paper deeply analyzes the value of basketball specific core strength training and combines with college basketball training practice to formulate training strategies from multiple dimensions such as training philosophy,training means,training intensity,training load,etc.,in order to further optimize the training effect.
