摘  要:近年来,青少年心理健康问题备受关注。多因素交织使这一群体在情绪调节、自我认知等方面面临诸多挑战,传统的干预方式已难以满足长期有效的心理健康促进需求。该文聚焦有氧运动对青少年心理健康的促进作用,基于心理健康的现状及其影响因素展开分析,深入探讨了家庭、学校及生活方式对青少年心理状态的影响。同时,进一步阐述了有氧运动在情绪调节、自我认知、社交能力及心理韧性提升中的积极作用,并提出以下实践建议:定期开展有氧运动、制订个性化运动计划以及加强家庭与社区的支持。这些措施有助于青少年有效缓解压力、提升情绪稳定性,能够为其长远发展奠定坚实基础。In recent years,mental health issues among adolescents have garnered significant attention.A interweaving of multiple factors has posed challenges for this group in areas such as emotional regulation and self-awareness,and other aspects.Traditional intervention methods fail to meet the needs of long-term,effective needs of mental health promotion.This article focuses on the positive effects of aerobic exercise on adolescents'mental health and analyzes the current state of mental health and its influencing factors.It explores in depth the impact of family,school,and lifestyle on adolescents'psychological well-being.At the same time,it further elaborates on the positive role of aerobic exercise in enhancing emotional regulation,self-awareness,social skills,and psychological resilience improvement,and propose the following practical recommendations,such as regularly carrying out aerobic exercise,developing personalized exercise plans,and strengthening family and community support.These measures effectively help adolescents relieve stress,improve emotional stability,and lay a solid foundation for their long-term development.
