摘　　要：我国米糠资源丰富,但因易酸败限制了其在食品工业中的应用。本文阐述了米糠加工产品米糠粕、米糠油、米糠蜡和谷维素的综合利用现状,并综述了米糠制油工艺。China is rich in rice bran resources,but its application in the food industry is restricted due to its easy rancidity.This paper elaborates on the current situation of the comprehensive utilization of rice bran processing products such as solvent rice bran meal,rice bran oil,rice bran wax and oryzanol,and reviews the oil extraction technology of rice bran.
