摘  要:为了降低电机能耗,提升设备整体效益,文章提出一种基于神经网络的悬臂式煤矿掘进机变频电机自调速控制方法。首先,阐述了掘进机变频电机的结构与工作原理;其次,基于神经网络设计了自调速控制方法,并利用大量样本训练网络;最后,以EBZ160型掘进机变频电机为实验对象进行结果分析。实验结果表明,该自调速控制方法在空载时效能略优,在负载时节能效果显著,在电机能耗控制方面表现出卓越优势,值得业内推广。In order to reduce the energy consumption of the motor and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment,this paper proposes a kind of self-regulating speed control method for variable frequency motor of boom-type coal mine roadheader based on neural network.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the variable frequency motor of the roadheader are expounded.Secondly,the self-regulating speed control method is designed based on neural network,and a large number of samples are used to train the network.Finally,the variable frequency motor of EBZ160 roadheader is used as the experimental object for result analysis.The experimental results show that the efficiency of self-regulating speed control method is slightly better under no-load condition,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable under load condition,which shows great advantages in motor energy consumption control and is worthy of promotion in the industry.
