利益相关者视域下高校“一站式”学生社区高质量建设路径研究

摘　　要：高校“一站式”学生社区建设是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,建设过程涉及政府、学校、社会等利益相关者。运用利益相关者理论,从利益的诉求、冲突、化解维度分析高校“一站式”社区建设存在的问题,应通过政府引导、高校实施、队伍提质、公众辅助四措并举,化解利益冲突,助力“一站式”学生社区高质量建设。The construction of“one-stop”student communities in colleges and universities is an important measure in the new era to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.The construction process involves stakeholders such as the government,schools,and society.Using stakeholder theory,this thesis analyzes the problems in the construction of“one-stop”student communities in colleges and universities from three dimensions:interest demands,conflicts,and resolutions.We should adopt a combination of government guidance,college and university implementation,team improvement,and public assistance to resolve conflicts of interest and support the high-quality construction of“one-stop”student communities.
