摘 要:目的:探究运动前补充肌酸和咖啡因对男性体成分和肌肉力量的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法及数理统计法,对补充肌酸和咖啡因前后的体成分和肌肉力量进行对比分析。实验选取40名男性为研究对象,随机分为空白对照组、肌酸组(C组)、咖啡因组(CAF组)和联合组(C+CAF组),进行为期8周的实验干预。结果:8周干预后,对各实验组前后的体成分进行对比分析,结果显示CAF组体成分差异无统计学意义,而C组和C+CAF组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对各实验组前后的肌肉力量进行对比分析,CAF组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组和C+CAF组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肌酸和咖啡因作为常见的运动营养补剂,运动前补充对改善体成分和提高肌肉力量具有积极效果。该研究为健身健美人群提供了营养补充建议,同时也为体育运动和健康管理提供了参考。Objective:To explore the effects of creating and caffeine supplementation before exercise on male body composition and muscle strength.Methods:Literature review,experimental and mathematical statistics were used to compare and analyze body composition and muscle strength before and after creating and caffeine supplementation.Forty men were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into blank control group,creating group(C group),caffeine group(CAF group)and combined group(C+CAF group)for an 8-week experimental intervention.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention,the body composition of the three groups in the experimental group before and after was compared and analyzed.The results showed that difference of the body composition of the CAF group was not statistically significant,while the difference between the C group and the+CAF group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle strength of the three groups in the experimental group before and after was compared and analyzed,and the difference in CAF group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between C group and C+CAF group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Creating and caffeine are common exercise nutrition supplements.Supplementation before exercise has positive effects on improving body composition and enhancing muscle strength.This study not only provides nutritional supplementation advice for bodybuilding people,but also provides reference for sports and health management.
