产教融合下高校休闲体育教学的现状分析及优化路径

摘　　要：为提升高校休闲体育教学质量,使其更好地契合产教融合发展趋势并培养出适应社会需求的专业人才,该文分析了产教融合对高校休闲体育教学的促进作用,同时指出了当前产教融合背景下高校休闲体育教学中存在的问题,包括课程体系滞后、实践教学缺乏深度和系统性、师资结构与教学评价体系不完善等。这些问题制约了教学水平的提升与人才培养效果。因此,应从课程体系、实践平台、师资队伍、评价体系等方面采取优化措施,以推动教学发展。In order to improve the quality of leisure sports teaching in universities,better align it with the development trend of the integration of industry and education and cultivate professional talents that meet social needs,this paper analyzes the promoting effect of the integration of industry and education in college leisure sports teaching.At the same time,it points out the problems existing in college leisure sports teaching under the current background of industry education integration framework,including outdated curriculum systems,lack of depth and systematic approach in practical teaching,and incomplete faculty structure and teaching evaluation systems.The analysis indicates that these issues hinder the improvement of teaching quality and the effectiveness of talent cultivation.Therefore,optimization paths should be proposed in areas such as curriculum systems,practical platforms,faculty teams,and evaluation systems,etc.to promote the development of teaching.
