摘 要:新时期,实现基于核心素养的教育变革,提升公平且高质量的教育水平,已成为高等教育领域亟待解决的课题。将核心素养融入体操教学设计中,保障学生核心素养的培养效果,须以理论为支撑、政策为指导,结合项目特点,探寻教学优化的依据,同时以问题为导向,深入分析体操教学中的难点。在此基础上,该文从教学理念转变、教学模式创新、教学组织实施、教学综合评价、师资水平提升等5个方面,提出教学优化策略,旨在为相关领域的研究者提供有益参考。In the new era,achieving education reform based on core competencies and improving the level of fair and high-quality education has become an urgent issue to be addressed in the field of higher education.Integrating core competencies into gymnastics teaching design to ensure effective cultivation of students'core competencies requires a theoretical support,policy guidance,adherence to project characteristics,and exploration the basis of teaching optimization;At the same time,problem oriented,it deeply analyzes the difficulties in gymnastics teaching.On this basis,teaching optimization strategies are proposed from five aspects:transformation of teaching philosophy,innovation of teaching mode,implementation of teaching organization,comprehensive evaluation of teaching,and improvement of teacher level,aiming to provide valuable references for researchers in related fields.
