摘 要:为顺应新时代发展的新需求,提升体育教师的教学能力,助力体育强国建设,该文以数字赋能为关键切入点,系统梳理了当前海南省高校体育教师在教学素养、教学方式、教学资源以及教学评价等方面的现状。同时,深入分析了数字赋能海南省高校体育教师教学能力中涉及的几个核心方面:数字技术与体育教学的融合动力、新时代高校体育教育的目标导向、体育教师个体职业成长的必然要求,以及高校体育教学体系的整体转型等内在逻辑。基于此,该文提出了以下数字赋能海南省高校体育教师教学能力的模型:增强数字素养,促进知识与技能的吸纳与掌握;实施线上与线下教学资源的有效整合;开展师生间及生生间的互动式教学;创新教学过程与结果的评价机制。In order to meet the new needs of the development of the new era,improve the teaching ability of physical education(PE)teachers,and help build a sports power,this paper takes digital empowerment as the key entry point systematically sorts out the current situation of the teaching development of college PE teachers in Hainan Province in terms of teaching quality,teaching methods,teaching resources and teaching evaluation.At the same time,several core aspects involved in empowering the teaching ability of PE teachers in Hainan Province with digital technology are analyzed in depth:the integration of digital technology and physical education,the goal orientation of college physical education in the new era,the internal logic of the overall transformation of college PE teaching system.Based on this,the article proposes the following digital empowerment model for PE teachers in Hainan Province:Enhance digital literacy,promote the absorption and mastery of knowledge and skills;Implement effective integration of online and offline teaching resources;Carry out interactive teaching between teachers and students,as well as among students themselves;Innovate the evaluation mechanism for teaching process and results.
