口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究口腔正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙效果。方法非随机选取2018年3月—2023年1月解放军总医院京中医疗区定阜街门诊部口腔科收治的86例先天性缺牙患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各43例。对照组给予口腔修复,研究组在对照组基础上联合口腔正畸,比较两组的临床疗效、口腔功能、咬合力、美观满意度和并发症。结果研究组的总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。治疗前,比较两组咀嚼功能、语言功能、咬合力,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组的咀嚼功能、语言功能改善情况好于对照组,咬合力强度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的美观满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组牙周不适、食物嵌塞的并发症发生例数比对照组略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙具有较好疗效,有助于提高患者口腔功能及满意度。Objective To study the effect of orthodontics combined with dental prosthesis in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods A total of eighty-six patients with congenital tooth loss admitted to the Stomatology Department of Dingfu Street,Jingzhong Medical District,People's Liberation Army General Hospital from March 2018 to January 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was given oral prosthesis,and the study group was combined with orthodontics on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,oral function,bite force,aesthetic satisfaction and complication of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in masticatory function,language function and bite force between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the improvement of chewing function and language function in the study group were better than that in the control group,and the bite force strength was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of periodontal discomfort and food impaction complications in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral prosthesis is effective in the treatment of congenital missing teeth,which is helpful to improve the oral function and satisfaction of patients.
