摘 要:将BOPPPS教学模型引入运动人体科学类课程的混合式教学中,在教学设计上需兼顾体育生的学习能力,并与超星学习通APP实现融合。以体育保健学课程为例,其理论课与实验课均从课前、课中和课后3个维度进行混合式教学的设计,并同时提出了该教学模式的评价体系。实践表明,将BOPPPS教学模式融入混合式教学中,并结合“案例+实践+混合式”的教学策略,能够有效提升体育保健学的教学质量,增强体育专业学生的学习效率。该研究为运动解剖学、运动生理学等运动人体科学类课程的混合式教学设计提供了有益的参考。We introduce the BOPPPS teaching model into blended learning for sports human science courses,considering both the learning abilities of physical education students and integrating the Chaoxing Learning App into the teaching design.Taking sports health science as an example,theoretical and experimental classes are designed using a blended learning approach divided into three aspects:pre-class,in-class,and post-class.At the same time,an evaluation method for this teaching mode is provided.Practice has proven that integrating the BOPPPS teaching model into blended learning,combined with the"case-practice-blended"approach,can improve the teaching quality of sports health care and enhance the learning efficiency of sports majors.This can serve as a reference for the design of blended learning in sports anatomy,sports physiology,and other sports-related courses.
