创新视角下体育学研究生教育可持续发展路径研究

摘　　要：该文介绍了体育学研究生教育的发展状况,并分析了在创新视角下,体育学研究生教育可持续发展所面临的困境。这些困境包括:招生选拔缺乏科学性、课程体系建设落后、导师队伍建设迟缓、教育资源共享不充分,以及评价标准不够完善等。针对上述问题,该文从以下5个方面提出体育学研究生教育可持续发展的策略:构建科学的生源选拔机制、持续优化课程体系建设、建立严格的导师遴选机制、促进教育资源共享机制的建立,以及确立科学的评价与监管体系。This paper introduces the development status of physical education postgraduate education,analyzes the dilemma faced by the sustainable development of physical education postgraduate education talent from the perspective of innovation.These dilemmas include:lack of the selection of scientific in enrollment,outdated curriculum system construction,slow tutor team construction,insufficient education resource sharing,inadequate evaluation standards.In response to the above issues,this article proposes strategies for the sustainable development of graduate education in sports science from the following five aspects:building scientific source selection mechanism,continuously optimizing the curriculum system construction,building strict mentor selection mechanism,promoting the establishment of education resource sharing mechanism,establishing a scientific evaluation and supervision system.
