摘　　要：为适应发展新质生产力、推动产业高质量发展的要求,本文在新质生产力视野下,从高等学历继续教育人才培养的目标和存在的问题出发,系统性地探讨了引导学生树立正确的学习观念、规划学科专业设置、优化教学资源体系、重构教学评价体系、监管教学育人质量、衔接职业技能认证这六条优化创新路径,以便建立更为科学、有效的人才培养模式。In order to meet the requirements of developing new quality productive forces and promoting high-quality development,this article systematically explores six optimization and innovation paths from the perspective of new quality productive forces,starting from the goals and existing problems of talent cultivation in higher education continuing education.These paths include guiding students'values,planning disciplinary and professional settings,optimizing teaching resource systems,reconstructing teaching evaluation systems,supervising teaching and education quality,and connecting vocational skill certification,in order to establish a more scientific and effective talent cultivation model.
