摘  要:各城市开展了源头治理、科技赋能、科普宣传、铁拳整治和示范引领等系列监管实践,采取了系列数字化智能化的监管措施,形成了较为系统的食品安全监管理论体系,但食品安全问题仍然影响了群众对城市食品安全的满意度与信心。本文通过调研收集群众、食品生产经营主体对食品安全满意度的关键指标,结合市场监管系统各类食品安全监管措施与高校食品安全研究资源,梳理食品产业多个业态食品安全现状,揭示了城市食品安全满意度的形成机制,提出了政产学研同频赋能提升城市食品安全满意度的路径方法与对策,为全国城市食品安全工作提供可参考的县域样板。Food safety is a major strategic content related to the people's livelihood and the modernization of national governance.Although various cities have carried out a series of regulatory practices such as source control,technology empowerment,science popularization,iron fist rectification and demonstration guidance,implemented a series of digital and intelligent regulatory measures,and formed a relatively systematic theoretical system for the food safety supervision.However,the food safety issues are still affect the satisfaction and confidence of the public towards urban food safety.The paper have collected the key satisfaction indicators of the food safety from the public and also food production entities,integrated various food safety supervision measures of the municipal supervision system and food safety research resources of universities,sorted out the current situation of food safety in multiple formats of the food industry,preliminarily revealed the formation mechanism of urban food safety satisfaction,and finally proposed the path,method and countermeasures of government-business-university-research collaboration to enhance the urban food safety satisfaction degree,which will provide a reference county-level model for the national urban food safety work.
