摘　　要：食品安全标准在食品安全工作中扮演着重要角色,信息交流是缩小各利益相关方对食品安全认知差距的关键手段之一。本文将通过分析信息交流对于食品安全标准的积极作用以及地方实践,探讨针对食品安全标准开展信息交流面临的问题,以帮助各方更深入地理解食品安全标准的重要意义、形成共识,从而助力相关方进行更加科学有效的食品安全信息交流,确保食品安全标准有效实施,进而保障食品安全和公众的生命安全。Food safety standards play an important role in food safety efforts,and information communication is one of the key means to bridge the knowledge gap about food safety among various stakeholders.This paper will discuss the positive role and significant importance of information communication regarding food safety standards and local practices,while also considering the problems faced in conducting information communication related to these standards.The goal is to help all parties gain a deeper understanding of the importance of food safety standards,build consensus,and thereby facilitate more scientific and effective information communication regarding food safety,ensuring the effective implementation of food safety standards and ultimately safeguarding food safety and public health.
