摘 要:目的:分析泰安市家庭医生工作压力、领悟社会支持与工作满意度的相关性,为提升家庭医生工作满意度,促进其签约服务高质量发展提供政策建议。方法:于2020年8月,采用多阶段整群抽样方法,对山东省泰安市765名家庭医生进行问卷调查。采用独立样本t检验和单因素方差分析进行单因素分析,用多重线性回归进行多因素分析,进一步用PROCESS 4.0插件进行调节效应检验。结果:共纳入765名家庭医生,工作满意度总分为(18.64±5.479)分,介于一般与满意之间,偏重于一般。工作压力与工作满意度,工作压力与领悟社会支持呈负相关(P<0.01);领悟社会支持与工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.01)。工作压力负向预测家庭医生的工作满意度(P<0.001),领悟社会支持对家庭医生工作压力和工作满意度的关系具有调节作用(P<0.05)。结论:不同收入和工作环境的家庭医生工作满意度存在差异,工作压力影响家庭医生工作满意度,领悟社会支持在家庭医生工作压力对工作满意度的影响中存在调节作用。Objective:To analyze the influence of work stress on job satisfaction of family doctors in Tai'an City,explore the moderating effect of perceived social support on work stress and job satisfaction,and provides policy suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of family doctors and promoting the high-quality development of their contracted services.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 765 contracted family doctors in Tai'an city by multi-stage cluster random sampling.Independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA were used for single factor analysis,multiple linear regression was used for multi-factor analysis,and PROCESS 4.0 plug-in was used to test the moderating effect.Results:The total score of job satisfaction was(18.64±5.479),which was between average and satisfactory,tending towards average.The correlation analysis showed that job stress was negatively correlated with job satisfaction,and work stress was negatively correlated with perceived social support(P<0.01).Regression results showed that perceived social support was positively correlated with job satisfaction(P<0.01).Work stress negatively predicted family doctors'job satisfaction(P<0.001),and understanding social support moderated the relationship between family doctors'work stress and job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Work stress negatively predicts family doctors'job satisfaction,and perceived social support has a moderating effect on family doctors'work stress and job satisfaction.The job satisfaction of family doctors can be improved by relieving the work pressure and improving the level of social support.
