摘　　要：在全球化大背景下,文化自信不仅是国家软实力的关键体现,也是高职院校校园文化建设的核心要素。因此,面对日益激烈的国际竞争,高职院校必须深化校园文化建设来增强学生的文化自信和拓宽其国际视野。该文探讨文化自信视域下高职院校的文化建设,从学校、教师与学生三个层面总结了具体的策略。通过构建科学的文化理念、强化教师文化自觉、引导学生主体参与等路径,推动校园文化建设的深度与广度。该文还进一步提出了以政策支持与社会资源整合作为外在保障,确保文化建设的长效性与实效性。通过这些策略的实施,以期构建一个更加和谐、多元、有特色的校园文化环境,从而坚定学生文化自信,促进高职院校全面发展。In the context of globalization,cultural self-confidence is not only a key embodiment of national soft power,but also a core element of campus culture construction in vocational colleges.Therefore,in the face of increasingly fierce international competition,vocational colleges must deepen the construction of campus culture to cultivate students'cultural self-confidence and international vision.This paper focuses on the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of cultural self-confidence,and summarizes specific strategies from three levels:schools,teachers and students.By constructing a scientific cultural concept,strengthening teachers'cultural consciousness,and guiding students'main participation,the depth and breadth of campus culture construction can be promoted.Furthermore,policy support and integration of social resources are also proposed as external guarantees to ensure the long-term effectiveness and effectiveness of cultural construction.Through the implementation of these strategies,a more harmonious,diverse and distinctive campus cultural environment can be built,thereby enhancing students'cultural self-confidence and promoting vocational colleges.
