以地质文化助力时代新人培育的实践探索——以中国地质大学(武汉)为例

摘　　要：全球数字化的趋势使得当代大学生面临着多元文化的冲击,从而导致他们在文化认同和价值观上产生困惑。因此,应加强对大学生的思想政治教育和引导,增强其对国家的认同感和归属感,从而使其心怀“国之大者”,将个人命运与国家命运紧密相连。地质文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,蕴涵着丰富内涵和教育意蕴。该文以中国地质大学(武汉)为例,在介绍地质文化的基础上,研究地质文化助力时代新人培育的价值体现,并阐述了地矿类高校如何通过传承和创新发展地质文化,帮助当代大学生树立地质报国的家国情怀和胸怀天下的责任担当。The trend of global digitization has led contemporary college students to face the impact of multiculturalism,resulting in confusion in their cultural identity and values.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education and guidance of college students,enhance their sense of identity and belonging to the country,so that they can have a sense of"the greater good of the country"and closely link their personal destiny with that of the country.Geological culture is an important component of advanced socialist culture,containing rich connotations and educational implications.This article takes China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)as an example,based on the introduction of geological culture,studies the value of geological culture in promoting the cultivation of new talents in the times,and elaborates on how geological and mining universities can inherit and innovate geological culture to help contemporary college students establish a sense of patriotism in geology and cultivate a sense of responsibility to embrace the world.
