摘  要:设计了一种创新性的自动驾驶洗扫车方案。该方案通过对原有纯电动车的转向系统、制动系统以及行驶系统进行针对性改装,成功实现了线控转向与线控制动,显著提升了车辆的操控精准度与响应速度。同时,上装系统借助决策控制器的CAN通信技术,能够高效执行相关指令,完成自动化的上装控制,有效提高了洗扫作业的智能化与自动化水平。完整阐述了自动驾驶洗扫车从设计构思、改制实施到实验验证的全流程开发过程,不仅为自动驾驶洗扫车的实际应用提供了系统且可行的技术路径,也为环卫车类自动驾驶技术的开发提供了宝贵的实践经验与参考范例,对推动环卫领域的智能化升级具有重要的理论与实践意义。This paper designs an innovative autonomous driving sweeper-washer vehicle solution.This solution achieves steer-bywire and brake-by-wire through targeted modifications to the steering system,braking system,and driving system of the original pure electric vehicle,significantly enhancing the vehicle's control accuracy and response speed.Meanwhile,the upper system utilizes the CAN communication technology of the decision-making controller to efficiently execute relevant commands and complete automated control of the superstructure,effectively improving the intelligence and automation level of the sweeping and cleaning operations.This paper comprehensively expounds the entire process of the development of the autonomous driving Sweeper-washer Vehicle,from the design concept,the implementation of the modifications to the experimental verification.It not only provides a systematic and feasible technical route for the practical application of the autonomous driving sweeper truck,but also offers valuable practical experience and a reference example for the development of autonomous driving technology for sanitation vehicles.It is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the intelligent upgrading of the sanitation field.
