地板时光训练联合ABA在孤独症患儿中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨地板时光训练联合行为分析疗法(ABA)在孤独症(ASD)患儿中的应用价值。方法 选择2023年6月—2024年6月新沂市中医医院收治的84例ASD患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用ABA,观察组在对照组基础上联合地板时光训练。比较两组的行为特征、症状严重程度、社交能力、心理功能发育情况。结果 训练后,观察组孤独症行为量表评分中的语言、感觉、生活自理、躯体运动、交往评分均低于对照组,儿童孤独症评定量表评分、社交反应量表评分均低于对照组,自闭症儿童心理教育评核第3版中的行为、体能、沟通评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在ASD患儿中应用地板时光训练联合ABA,可减轻ASD症状严重程度,提高患儿积极行为与社交能力,改善患儿的心理功能发育情况。Objective To explore the application value of floor time training combined with applied behavior analysis(ABA)in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).Methods A total of 84 children with ASD treated in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group with 42 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received ABA,and the observation group combined with floor time training on the basis of the control group.The behavioral characteristics,symptom severity,social ability and psychological function development status of the two groups were compared.Results After training,the scores of language,sensation,self-care,physical movement and communication on the Autism Behavior Checklist in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the score of Childhood Autism Rating Scale,and Social Response Scale were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of behavior,physical ability and communication on the Psycho-Educational Profile-3rd Edition were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying floor time training combined with behavior analysis therapy ABA in children with ASD can reduce the severity of autism,improve children’s positive behavior and social skills,and improve their psychological function development status.
